A study of female head anatomy. (this is my first serious attempt at a Zbrush sculpt and hopefully more improvements to come)
This isn't based off any individual, I have tried to balance all the features to create an appealing look while practicing my anatomy
Each individual feature was thoroughly referenced however I took care not to verbatim copy any one feature too closely as a means to better understand the underlying forms of the head anatomy and with the goal of creating something unique.
I started from a sphere and decided to use a somewhat deconstructed method where I broke the face up into its component parts.
This allowed me to really focus on the individual parts without having to worry about whether dynamesh or zremeshing would damage anything else and left me free to focus on making each individual part as well as I could without having to worry about any limitations.
When I had all the features and forms at a level I was happy with I dynameshed everything together and started finessing and adding some of the finer details and features.
Also added my Tan mac asset for the lolz.
I stopped short of adding alpha detail as this was intended as a form study.
